What to Bring To Your Loan Application Appointment!

  • Accepted purchase agreement with legal description and lot size

  • Copy of listing sheet (annual taxes, year house was built, title evidence)

  • Application fee

  • DD214 pr certificate of eligibility if VA loan.  Disability #

  • Name and address of employers for 2 years

  • Amount of gross monthly income (30 days of current pay stubs and last 2 years of W2's)

  • Names, addresses, account numbers and balances of checking and saving accounts including copies of last three months bank statements

  • Names, addresses, account numbers, monthly payments and unpaid balances of all liabilities including credit cards, credit unions, mortgagees, auto loan, support payment, etc.

  • Names, addresses and telephone numbers of nearest living relative

  • Bankruptcy (if applicable) copy of Discharge, Schedule of debts, letter of explanation of slow pay items, list of accounts that were reaffirmed

  • Other income including:

    • Pension, disability, social security, education income (current letters from source stating amount received)

    • Child support (copy of divorce decree and supporting evidence that amount has been received for the last 2 years

    • Rental income (copy of leases, statement showing rent collected monthly, maintenance and utilities for each property, annual taxes, last 2 years Federal Returns, including schedule E)

    • Self employed (copy of last 3 years tax returns including all schedules, profit/loss and balance sheet prepared by certified accountant.

  • All available papers on former homes, if sold within the past 2 years

  • Names and addresses of landlords for past 2 years

  • Amount of monthly child care expenses (babysitting, etc)
