Meet the team! I would like to introduce to you my team of highly qualified team members that will also be assisting you with your real estate needs. Kathy Ginder
Kathy is not only a wonderful wife and the mother of our son's Jacob and Luke, she is an vital part of our marketing program. She is the marketing coordinator for our personal real estate book, our mailing campaigns and all of our internet marketing. She worked in the banking industry for over 15 years and brings a lot of experience to the team! Laura Petty
Laura is the Call Coordinator for our office. She directs all incoming calls, arranges showings on our listings, coordinates the Harmon Homes and Real Estate Book Advertising, does all MLS maintenance and many other important tasks. Her sincere interest in helping our clients is apparent in every phone call she directs. Barb Ramp
Barb is the newest member to the RE/MAX Advantage 1 team. She is the office administrator. She handles the office finances and book keeping, processes sales, backs up Laura on phones and many other tasks. Her background is in accounting and worked in the real estate industry prior to joining our office.
